Q. How do I retrieve my account password?

Visit the membership LOGIN page and enter your e-mail or username into the bottom box, then click the "get password" button. Your login information will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you.

Q. Can I share my Marketing-Seek account with my friends?

Unauthorized use of your account is against our Terms of Use policy and grounds for removal of your account. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth within the Site policy. Please review the Terms of Use Policy to prevent any future problems.

Q. How much does it cost to be a Marketing-Seek member?

At this particular time, (October 8, 2005), membership is free.

Q. How do I change my account password?

You can change your account password from the Membership Information page. Click on the link for Change Password/Edit Profile. Once you have updated your password, click the "Save Profile" button to activate your new password.

Q. How do I change the e-mail address on my account?

You can change your e-mail address from the Membership Information page. Click on the link for Change Password/Edit Profile. Once you have updated your e-mail address, click the "Save Profile" button to activate your revised e-mail address.

Q. How do I become a member of Marketing-Seek?

You can become a member of Marketing-Seek by filling out our free registration form at http://www.marketing-seek.com/p.php/account.

Q. How can I change my login name/user name?

Your login name/user name is chosen at the time you become a member of Marketing-Seek.com. It's important you choose a login name that suits you to prevent the need to change it later on. However, if you would like to change your Marketing-Seek user name, contact Rozey through her Support Desk. You must supply the OLD user name login information and the NEW user name login information you want to use as a replacement.   (Please Note: To prevent third parties from changing your account information, without your permission, you must copy and paste the original welcome eMail sent to you from our system along with your request; otherwise, we can not comply with your request.)

Q. How do I revise the spelling of my name?

You can change your first or last name from the Membership Information page. Click on the link for Change Password/Edit Profile. Once you have revised the spelling of your first or last name, click the "Save Profile" button to activate your new settings.
